How do I take Vitamin O?
Vitamin O is administered orally under the tongue. R-Garden recommends that you place the drops directly in the mouth and hold the supplemental oxygen liquid under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing.
What is the recommended dosage of Vitamin O?
30 drops (or ½ teaspoon) 2-3 times per day
R-Garden recommends that you start by taking 10-15 drops, 3 times daily. As you become more comfortable with administering the drops, you can eventually work your way up to a full dosage of 30 drops (or ½ teaspoon) 2-3 times per day.
Can I mix Vitamin O with water, juice, coffee, etc?
